The attorneys of Cash, Krugler & Fredericks represent victims and their families who have been seriously injured or killed in accidents or by the reckless or intentional conduct of others. The firm represents clients throughout the State of Georgia and in states across the country through our network of lawyers.
Our firm's philosophy differs from many others. Personal attention and service is the focus of our firm. It is our belief and experience that each personal injury case requires significant time, effort and resources to maximize the recovery for our clients. Our firm therefore accepts a small number of cases, so that each case gets the full attention it needs and deserves. Our clients benefit as a result of this philosophy by having their cases prosecuted in an aggressive, efficient and thorough manner.

Our client was treated at a Boston Medical Group facility in Georgia for erectile dysfunction and suffered permanent injuries as a result. Employees of Boston Men's Health Center, Inc. falsely misrepresented their treatment as safe and as a "cure" for erectile dysfunction. $5,000,000 - Brain Injury Cause by Work Place Accident (March 2007)
Our client was a technician who suffered skull fractures and a brain injury when he fell from a ladder while working on an indoor crane. The defendant denied that it caused the accident and offered only $50,000 before trial. Our partners tried the case in two and a half days. A Hall County jury awarded the worker $4,000,000 and his spouse $1,000,000 after a two and a half day trial. It is the largest verdict in Hall County history and was the first verdict over $1,000,000 in the county.
$3,995,000 - Failure to Diagnosis Lung Cancer (December 2004)
Our client was a married father of three and a practicing physician who was diagnosed with lung cancer. One year before, a chest x-ray was taken which showed a lump in the client's lung, but it was missed. Our firm was able to recover this amount prior to the client's death, eliminating his concerns for his family's financial future.
$3,862,000 - Medical Malpractice/Wrongful Death (August 2009)
Our clients were the surviving children of a 73-year-old man who was negligently treated at Decatur Hospital. The agency nurse on duty improperly failed to check her patient's blood pressure during an 8 hour period and failed to detect and report hypotensive episodes, that ultimately led to the patient's death. The case was tried to verdict in DeKalb County State Court, resulting in a jury verdict of $3,862,000.
$3,427,000 - Defective/Improperly Maintained Truck (November 2008)
Our client was a truck driver who was hired to carry a load using another company's vehicle. Our client sustained serious injuries, including fractures to her arm and leg, as well as chemical burns.
$3,025,000 - Brain Injury Caused by Defective Product (December 2003)
Our client suffered skull fractures and a frontal lobe brain injury from a defective product. A lawsuit was filed two months after the incident occurred and settled eight months later. The firm has since obtained more than $1.25M in settlements for five other clients injured by the same product.
$2,500,000 - Legal Malpractice on Wrongful Death Action (May 2005)
Judgment obtained against Arkansas law firm and attorneys who mishandled a wrongful death and personal injury case out of DeKalb County, Georgia.
