Andrew Cash is a native of West Point, Georgia and has been practicing in Atlanta for the past thirteen years. Mr. Cash graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1997 and was a member of the Moot Court Society. Since graduation, Mr. Cash has litigated on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, with a focus on medical malpractice litigation. After spending several years defending physicians in medical malpractice cases, Mr. Cash founded Cash, Krugler & Fredericks, LLC in 2003 along with David Krugler, also a 97L graduate, and Alwyn Fredericks. Cash, Krugler & Fredericks, LLC is a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, representing victims in medical malpractice, auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, products liability and other catastrophic injury cases.

David Krugler has spent his career representing victims and their families in personal injury cases. He focuses his practice on trucking and motor vehicle accidents, industrial accidents and defective products. Mr. Krugler graduated from Emory University School of Law with Distinction. At Emory, he was awarded the Paul Bryan Prize for Constitutional Law and was made a member of the Order of the Coif, an honorary society. Mr. Krugler is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the America Association of Justice, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Sandy Springs Bar Association. His published articles include "Getting Around The Comp Bar In Catastrophic Injury & Death Cases: How To Spot Third Party Claims In The Workers' Compensation Context" and "Litigating School Bus Cases in Georgia."

Alwyn R. Fredericks has litigated on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants throughout the State of Georgia. Mr. Fredericks is a graduate of Mercer University Law School in 1998 where he was a member of the Moot Court Society. His practice areas include auto and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, dram shop actions and premises liability actions. Mr. Fredericks has a reputation for zealously representing his clients.
Mr. Fredericks has successfully brought several claims and lawsuits against the State of Georgia and holds the two highest settlements for cases involving malpractice on psychiatric patients. In 2009, Mr. Fredericks also obtained a $9.25 million verdict in DeKalb County in a fraud case against Boston Men’s Health Center, Inc., a clinic treating erectile dysfunction. Most recently, Mr. Fredericks appeared on V-103’s Frank & Wanda Morning Show as a legal analyst to discuss lawsuits against Bishop Eddie Long and New Birth Missionary Baptist Church.
Mr. Fredericks is a member of the Executive Committee of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and was a member of Editorial Board of Georgia Trial Lawyers magazine The Verdict, from 2003 to 2005. He is presently a member of the American Association for Justice and the Gate City Bar Association. In addition to practicing in the State and Superior Courts in Georgia, Mr. Fredericks also works in the Federal District Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.

Robert F. Glass is of counsel at Cash Krugler & Fredericks. Mr. Glass’s practice focuses exclusively on representing individuals who have been seriously injured or killed by the negligence of others. Mr. Glass uses his past experience of representing insurance companies and multinational corporations to achieve the best result possible for his clients. Mr. Glass has litigated on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in the past and has a special passion for the courtroom.
In 2011, lawyers from around the State nominated Mr. Glass as a Georgia Super Lawyer "Rising Star," which is limited to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys practicing in the State of Georgia under the age of 40. In 2011, Mr. Glass was honored by the National Trial Lawyers when he was selected for membership in the “Top 40 Under 40,” which is comprised of the top 40 young attorneys in each state.
Mr. Glass is actively involved in federal and state bar associations, including the State Bar of Georgia, Southern Trial Lawyers Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice. In 2011, Mr. Glass was nominated as Vice-President At Large for the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and also serves on the editorial boards for the Georgia Bar Journal, published by the State Bar of Georgia.
Mr. Glass was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He attained his B.A. in 2002 from The University of the South, magna cum laude, with Distinction in Political Science. Mr. Glass graduated from Mercer Law School, cum laude, where he served as Senior Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and was elected by the entire student body to serve as Honor Court Prosecutor.

Associate
James A. Robson joined Cash, Krugler & Fredericks as an associate in 2011. He practices exclusively in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury with a focus on auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, negligent security, product liability, and wrongful death. Before joining Cash, Krugler & Fredericks, Mr. Robson practiced with another prominent Atlanta plaintiff's personal injury firm. Prior to that, he practiced with a large Atlanta insurance defense firm representing clients throughout Georgia. His prior experience representing insurance companies provides him a unique insight into how they evaluate and defend cases.
James graduated cum laude from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 2007. During law school, he was a member of the Mercer Law Review and the Moot Court Board. For his success as an oral advocate, he was inducted into the Order of Barristers. As a law student, his note, “Definitely Not Harmless: The Supreme Court Holds that the Erroneous Disqualification of Retained Counsel Warrants Automatic Reversal in United States v. Gonzalez-Lopez,” 58 Mercer L. Rev. 763, 2007, was selected for publication in the school’s law journal. In 2004, James graduated magna cum laude with honors from the University of Georgia with degrees in History and Political Science. He was also inducted into Phi Kappa Phi and Golden Key honor societies.
As a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia, James is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is also a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.

Ms. Kubanyi received her B.A. from Mercer University and has worked as a paralegal for plaintiffs and defense firms throughout the State of Georgia. While in college, Ms. Kubanyi was awarded an internship with the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., where she worked with the Honorable Richard Ray. Ms. Kubanyi is the paralegal for Cash, Krugler & Fredericks partner Alwyn Fredericks.
Ms. Kubanyi will chair the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association Paralegal Workshop Seminar in 2011 and was co-chair of the Paralegal Workshop in 2010, along with Cash, Krugler & Fredericks partner, Andrew Cash. In addition to being a practicing paralegal, Ms. Kubanyi is also pursuing a law degree from John Marshall Law School, where she is the Founder and President of the John Marshall Law School Chapter of GTLA.

Sandra Santiago is a native of New York and has been living in the Atlanta area since 2002. Sandra started with Cash, Krugler & Fredericks, LLC more than two years ago and works as a paralegal for Andrew B. Cash, as well as assisting with the management of the Roswell Road office building. Sandra enjoys painting, cooking and playing softball on the CK&F softball team. Sandra is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Tamara Meade-Sanders is a native of New York and moved to Georgia in 2005. She has over fifteen years of professional experience in the legal field. Ms. Meade-Sanders provides legal support for attorneys specializing in the practice areas of Personal Injury, Immigration, Criminal Litigation and Commercial Collections. When she is not working, she dedicates her time to religious volunteer work. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling and gardening.

Lakesha Wiseman moved to Atlanta from the college town of Champaign, IL in order to pursue a degree in the Arts. She attended the Art Institute of Atlanta where she studied Video Production, Photography, and Graphic Design. Some of her hobbies include painting, drawing, hiking, singing, and playing the bass guitar. She is also a lover of Math and Philosophy.
