Rare Split Decision in Insurance Case
In an unusual split decision, the State Court of Appeals voted 4-3 in favor of plaintiffs in an insurance coverage dispute. The plaintiffs were demanding that a defendant’s insurer cover almost the full amount of a $3.9 million wrongful death verdict stemming from a medial malpractice case. Link to full article HERE.
