Content Video In the past five years alone, Lee has recovered in excess of $100 million in verdicts and settlements. Every year since 2016, Lee has been selected as an Atlanta Magazine Super Lawyers’ “Rising Star” & “Super Lawyer”, an award reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys in Georgia. He has also been named in America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys®.

Lee primarily handles cases in the areas of medical malpractice, tractor-trailer accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. He has represented clients in cases throughout Georgia and has successfully litigated over one hundred cases in both state and federal courts. Lee limits his practice to handling a small number of cases at a time. This approach allows him to develop meaningful relationships with his clients and to invest substantial time and resources into every one of his cases. Here is what some of Lee’s former clients have said:

  • “Lee Gutschenritter handled my case with the utmost attention to detail. He immediately understood the dynamics of the case. He was both professional and compassionate. He worked to achieve a very satisfactory settlement despite many challenges from the other side. I will always be grateful to Lee.”

  • “I was in a horrible wreck and didn’t know who to turn to for assistance.   I was put in touch with Lee Gutschenritter, who is a friend of my son who lives in Atlanta.  Lee took over my issues immediately and was very helpful, timely and courteous.  The claim was taken care of successfully.  I would highly recommend Lee to anyone needing assistance with any type of legal problem.”

    – TW

  • “Lee’s support went beyond just being my lawyer. He was there for me and my family as we navigated the lengthy legal process but often more importantly as we maneuvered the roller coaster of emotional and physical trauma we had been subjected to. Lee was available, he listened, and he advised to the point that he became a friend that I still keep in touch with today. If, god forbid, anyone finds themselves in the confusion of an unthinkable catastrophe like my family and I did, may they be so lucky to find someone like Lee to fight and care for them.”

    – MK

  • “I never could’ve foreseen that you would be the one that would put an end to the nightmare I couldn’t seem to recover from no matter what I tried.  You removed a veil of darkness that had consumed my life.  You have no idea what you’ve done for us. I can never thank you enough for sharing [my son’s] story, for saying the things that our hearts had been silently screaming for years. You will forever be our hero.”

    – BB
