John Mabrey – Of Counsel

John Mabrey joined CKF in 2026 after more than 36 years of litigating wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases arising from medical malpractice. Throughout his distinguished career, he has built a reputation as both a formidable trial attorney and highly skilled negotiator, securing dozens of multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for injured individuals and grieving families.

John’s accomplishments have earned widespread professional recognition. John earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Radford University. He remains an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Association for Justice, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

When not practicing law, John enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and outdoor activities.
