Our fight to make it right has also taken us to Washington, D.C., where we presented to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) on the issue of defective residential elevators before partnering with the Safety Institute to formally petition the CPSC to initiate mandatory rulemaking to set safety standards for residential elevators, one of our key practice areas.
